Course Information

Post Graduate Programme

Admission & Eligibility:          

The minimum requirement for admission to the programme is a three years Bachelor's degree in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities with at least 45% marks on aggregate. Students who will be completing in April/May 2008 can also apply :

a. Our institute uses CAT (Common admission Test),eMAT (Online Management Aptitude Test), MAT (Management Aptitude Test), XAT, GMAT for short listing the candidate for PGDBM. The test agencies have no role either in selection process or in conduct of programme.

b. Candidates who are successful in the test  are called on for selection interview held in kolkata around December 2007 to April 2008.Candidates have to bear their own travel expenses.

c. Final test of candidates will be posted on the website of ISB and all candidates will also be notified by courier.

d. Relevant Work Experience may get favorable weight age.

Prospectus and Application Forms may be collected :

1. From our kolkata Campus on paying cash/DD of Rs. 600/-

2. Can be posted to applicant against written request with advance payment

3. Can be Collected by Cash from Selected UTI Bank Branches

Fees @ ISB

Post Graduate

Fees for the post graduate programmes are payable in two instalments over the two years of the programme.

The Total Fee of the PGDBM Programme is 3.5 Lac (for 2years)

Total fee of Dual (MBA+PGDBM) Programme is 3.96 Lac (for 2years)

The above mentioned fees are excluding the cost of Laptop which if bought from ISB, is Rs. 27500.00

ISB has the all-India tie-up with State Bank of India (SBI) for extending the education loan for the selected candidates for the Dual programme.

ISB also has the all-India tie-up with HDFC Bank for extending the Education Loan for its PGDBM programme.

HOSTEL EXPENSES:

The fees for hostel accommodation are as follows:

Monthly hostel fee is Rs.  3000/- .  The fees including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are

available.

Adjustable security deposit Rs. 5000/-

The hostel fee is subject to revision from time to time, based on actual operating costs.

The estimate does not include expenses on travel, clothing, laundry and other personal expenses.  

MODE OF PAYMENTS: 

All fees are to be paid  by Demand Draft drawn in favour of INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF BUSINESS payable in Kolkata. Cheques will not be accepted.
